ŠKODA PRAHA provides turnkey delivery of complete plant and bears single-point responsibility towards client for cost, time and quality of delivered work including performance guarantees. The cost risk and control is shifted towards the SKODA PRAHA and away from the client. ŠKODA PRAHA has direct contracts with suppliers and construction contractors. The contract between ŠKODA PRAHA and client is design & build type of contract.
Complete power or heating plant or part of it or reconstruction and modernization of plant can be delivered on the EPC bases.

Ensuring of design completeness and correctness
Breaking down procurement and construction activities into the work packages
Tendering of work packages, evaluation of proposals and awarding contracts
Monitoring activities of all suppliers and driving them to ensure fulfilling their contractual duties from contract award till final acceptance

Review of performance guarantee programs and their evaluation

Provision of all necessary activities during warranty period
