Client: East Delta Electricity Production Company / Upper Egypt Production Company, Egypt
Scope of these two very similar projects was supply of balance of plant (BOP) on turnkey bases. It included critical and other piping systems, DCS, feed water and condensate pumps, deaerator feed water tank, injection system, electrical supply and field instrumentation for BOP and HRSG, pipe bridge for critical piping and other miscellaneous equipment.

 

Skoda Praha provided detail engineering of piping systems including stress analysis, isometric drawings, support details and auxiliary steel structure drawings as well as process calculation and specification of pumps, control valves and flow elements. Further the design work included detail design of cabling and cable trays, detail design of pipe bridge steel structure, steam blow procedure and piping detail design, etc.
